He oversees all competitive LoL from the players to the coaches and support staff, and ensures they have what they need to keep succeeding, while regularly checking in on team health and culture to reinforce the strength of the team. Romain has over 10 years of experience in esports and has previously managed teams for Optic and Unicorns of Love, and was a Business Development Manager for Riot Games.
